“1990 Rancho Las Flores Specific Plan” (Ordinance 78)

Ordinance NO. 78 was the beginning of the Tapestry project. Dating back to January 5th, 1990, the “1990 Ranchero Las Flores Specific Plan (Ordinance 78)“ was submitted to the City of Hesperia and soon after was approved. After a recession resulting in the project being bought out by its current owners and multiple attempts to stop the project, it would eventually be adapted, updated, and approved by the city in January of 2016.
