Tapestry Settlement Agreement, May 1, 2017

Made on May 1st, 2017, the “Tapestry Settlement Agreement, May 1, 2017”, is a document that is between the Petitioners Center for Biological Diversity, San Bernardino Valley Audubon Society, Sierra Club, Real Parties in Interest Hesperia Venture I, Terra Verde Group, and collectively with the City of Hesperia. This document is an agreement between all parties that allows for the continuation of the Tapestry project but with some changes that were proposed in advance. The project must now include adding additional preservation habitats for the Arroyo Toad, completing a water verification test, and meeting the minimal solar and renewable energy standards. These are just some of the agreements that were made in the document between all the participating parties.
